Clay Hand Building
Ready to get your hands messy? Our 2-part Clay Hand Building class is a relaxed creative journey where you’ll learn to shape your own ceramics from scratch. No wheels and no experience required – just a fun, social environment to learn the art of pinch pots, coiling, and slab building. Sessions are 2hrs, capped at 6 participants.
These adult sessions are for 15years +. We also offer kid sessions, see below.
 How it Works:
Session 1 (The Build): We’ll guide you through the process of turning raw clay into your own unique creations (think organic mugs, bowls, or trinket dishes). You’ll have 750g of premium clay to work with.
The In-Between: We’ll slowly dry your pieces and put them through their first kiln firing (the bisque fire) to make them ready for colour.
Session 2 (The Paint):Â Return to the studio to bring your pieces to life!
You’ll have full access to our professional underglazes and tools to decorate your work.
Pottery Painting
The perfect session to let the creativity flow. An ideal date night or time just for you. Our calming studio and small session sizes make pottery painting relaxing and fun, all mixed into one. This is a self-guided session, however Emma is here and happy to help you. We’ve got all the equipment needed, just bring yourself! These adult sessions are for 15years+. We also offer kid sessions, see below.
 How it Works:
Browse our Bisque Bar (pottery ready for you to paint), choose and pay for your items on the day.
Select your colours, brushes, sponges, etc and start creating!
We’ll add a final gloss glaze and fire it for you, making it food safe too.
Your item will be ready to collect in approx. 2 weeks.
Family Friendly Sessions
We love to see the younger members of the family fall in love with pottery too!
We host monthly family friendly sessions, along with school holidays sessions.
Pottery Painting is designed for all ages, our studio fee is only $5pp + item (choose these on the day) and sessions run for 2hrs.
Clay Hand Building is designed for kids 8 years and older. This is a 2-part class, both sessions are 2 hours. This is a semi-guided class with Emma showing you how to create your own items.
How it Works:
Our sessions run similar to our adult classes, however there is room for an adult to supervise and our classes are a little larger, capped at 12 participants.
Your items will be ready to collect 2 weeks after your session. Please note, if doing hand building, your paint session will 2 weeks after the first class.
Items will be glazed and fired, ready to collect after approx. 2 weeks.
Create & Sip
Grab your bubbly and snacks (BYO), bring the gals or just you. Friday nights are our Create & Sip sessions. The perfect way to start the weekend. The music is on, singalongs welcome! Create & Sip is all about fun energy, learning something new and being creative! These sessions are adult only (18+) sessions.
How it Works:
Our Clay and Sip Sessions run similarly to our Clay Hand Building classes. Part 1 runs on the date you book; Part 2 runs 2 weeks later. Can’t make that, speak with Emma and she will offer some alternate paint sessions you can join!
Our Paint and Sip sessions run like our Pottery Painting classes. Items will be ready to collect approx. 2 weeks later.
Please BYO your drinks and snacks of choice. Glassware, plates, etc will be provided.
