Looking for the perfect way to chill out and get creative? Say hello to Hand building – your new fave way to , sculpt, and unwind for 2 ½ beautiful hours of creativity!

Each session has a different theme (checkout the calendar for what’s on!) and includes step-by-step guidance, with plenty of room for imagination and personal flair.

Bring your favourite snacks, pick a spot, and get handsy with some clay in a super relaxed, beginner-friendly space. No pressure – just good vibes, good company – we’ll walk you through every step of the process, so you’ll end up with a piece you’ll be stoked about.

We provide all the necessary tools and materials, ensuring that you have everything you need to fully immerse yourself in this experience.

What’s included

• PART ONE: 2.5-hour guided hand-building workshop
• PART TWO: a second session – return for part 2 to glaze your masterpieces (two weeks after your first class, same night, same time)
• Creation of one ceramic garlic grater and herb stripper
• All clay, tools, materials and aprons
• Enough clay to comfortably complete your pieces
• First firing to make your pieces ready for glazing
• Second firing to finalise your pieces, making them food safe
• Finished pieces ready for collection 2-3 weeks after your glazing session

Want more clay? Additional 500g packs are available in the studio for $10 if you’re feeling extra ambitious!

It’s the perfect way to unwind, have a blast with friends, or meet new ones while getting your hands in the clay.

Please note: this is a two-part class. You’ll return in 2 weeks to glaze your masterpieces, bringing them to life with colour. That’s 2 classes for the price of 1!

The Fine Print

Please note Pottery is wonderfully unpredictable. Small variations, imperfections or occasional kiln surprises can occur. While we take every care with each piece, we can’t offer refunds or credits for firing outcomes. What we can guarantee: a relaxed, welcoming experience and very good vibes.

Please note this class is designed for those 15 years and older. We run monthly family friendly sessions for those younger, please see our classes for our other sessions.
