Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find The Patch?

We are located in Upper Caboolture. Once you book, you will receive a confirmation email with our full address and specific arrival instructions.

Please park on the street and walk up the main driveway. Follow the signs to the right side of the driveway that will lead you directly to the studio door. You don’t need to go through any gates or head to the front house – just come straight in!

While we provide aprons and our underglazes generally wash out, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a little splash of paint on, just to be safe.

We want you to feel at home. So it is BYO your own snacks and drinks. Please note that alcohol is only to be brought to our 18+ classes (Create & Sip).

We provide the glassware, platters and a fridge to keep everything cold.

Yes! Once fired, all ceramics are completely food-safe and water-tight. Your vases will hold fresh flowers, and your mugs are ready for your morning coffee.

We really appreciate you arriving on time, however being late is sometimes a part of life.
Please refer to our booking Terms and Conditions for more details.

Pottery is a handmade process and, while rare, sometimes the kiln gods are unkind. If a piece breaks during the firing process, we cannot offer a refund, but we will provide you with a special discount code to come back and create a new piece at a future session.
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions page for further information.
